REFUND & RETURN POLICY — NOCIVELLE
At Nocivelle, we believe every woman deserves to feel confident and beautiful. Your satisfaction is everything to us, and we want you to shop with complete peace of mind.
Our 30-Day Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges on all physical items purchased from nocivelle.com within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- Item shows no visible signs of use or damage
- All original packaging is intact and undamaged
- Item is in its original sealed condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened skincare or beauty products
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Items marked as final sale
- Digital products of any kind (see Digital Products section below)
Digital Products — No Refund Policy
All digital products sold by Nocivelle including but not limited to the Nocivelle 30-Day Glow Guide are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
By completing your purchase of any digital product you acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase
- Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final
- No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued for digital products once delivered
- Results from following any digital guide or program are not guaranteed and vary by individual
- Nocivelle is not liable for any outcomes, results or lack thereof from using our digital products
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product please contact us at support@nocivelle.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
How to Start a Return
Contact our team at support@nocivelle.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
Processing times between financial institutions can take 2–3 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at support@nocivelle.com and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@nocivelle.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange physical items for a different variant or product of equal value. Contact support@nocivelle.com with your order number and exchange request. Digital products cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $50 as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit in the value of the return once the item is received and inspected.
