Shipping policy

At Nocivelle, we are committed to delivering your beauty essentials safely, efficiently and with the utmost care. We partner with major international shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. All orders are subject to verification and payment approval before processing. To help protect against fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.


SECTION 1 — ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or major holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders are only processed and shipped on business days — we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes including address changes. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to differences in supplier and warehouse locations. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking details.


SECTION 2 — SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

At Nocivelle, we offer a thoughtfully curated collection of beauty and skincare products sourced from premium suppliers worldwide. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the specific product selected and its shipping origin. All timeframes are estimated in business days and do not include our 1–3 day processing time.

Please note: Delivery timeframes vary by product. Some items may arrive within 5–7 business days, while others may take up to 14 business days depending on the product selected and its shipping origin. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible and most orders arrive well within the estimated timeframe.


SECTION 3 — ORDER TRACKING

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the system after dispatch.

If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us at orders@nocivelle.com and we will investigate immediately.


SECTION 4 — DELIVERY ESTIMATES

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Nocivelle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by conditions beyond our control including customs clearance procedures, public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. The timeframes provided are estimates only and are based on average delivery performance from our shipping partners.


SECTION 5 — DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs clearance fees once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Nocivelle has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.


SECTION 6 — LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Nocivelle is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information confirms that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it directly to your local shipping carrier and file a claim with them.

For damaged items, please contact us at support@nocivelle.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be honored.


SECTION 7 — INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We begin processing orders immediately and are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed. Nocivelle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
